I'm trying to amend my auto top up but it keeps kicking me back to sign in page even though I'm already signed in.

Call O2 on 4445

Sign completely out of the forum first (all browser tabs!), or use a different browser, or use an InPrivate or Incognito tab in your existing browser to login to your MyO2 account, @sue410

Failing that, as pointed out above, it will need a call to O2 on 4445. Good luck.
