Hey,

I am trying to change the DOB on my account. The help pages say to speak with a customer rep. I try this on chat. The chat bot sends me to a sales bot. The sales bot then says to use the contact page chat and closes down the chat.

How does one actually change their DOB on their account? My credit check is failing despite having near perfect scores across all companies. Also £8 a month for 12 months, I can pay that in one go.

Anyway, how do I change my DOB?

Thanks,

JJ

The login/auth mechanism seems broken for me. I log in, it has my username at the top right but still prompts me to login. Depending on which page I hit, I then get logged out. It's like there are a dozen microservices not all talking to each other.

Anyway, I go to My Details. I have followed other threads but for me at least, it says to go to the Contact Us page to speak to someone, but I end up in a loop.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Thank you - I'm going to go ahead and attempt to delete my account instead. Any advice on how to do that would be great
