How to contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Also, only possible on iPhones or Windows phones with PAYG, according to this https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/personal-hotspot

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
