Hello I just paid my new tariff which is for the 17th of December I wanted this tariff to start today seen as though my data has finished please can you help me and change the tariff date as soon as possible so I can use data this is very important for me. Thanks

You need to contact O2, @Alandm - nobody here can access your account, much less change your tariff start date.
