I upgraded from payg to a rolling plan and received a confirmation email. Since then I have heard nothing, and my balance is now zero. I paid £5 as requested for the first payment. I cannot find any contact for customer service. Can anyone help, thanks?

A rolling plan is still classed as PAYG.
You will need to set up a Continuous Payment Authority on your Debit Card
