Why has 02 got no traditional PAYG tariffs. I don't want data, I just want to top up £10and have £10 worth of SMS and calls. I had no options to choose tariff when I registered and topped up, and now there's no way of changing to a tariff that I want. I wish I'd stayed with Vodafone

You can get a Classic PAYG for 1p a minute and 1p a text. Scroll down on the link I've given you. You can also keep the number you have now.

Most Mobile networks no longer do Classic Pay As You Go, there is no money in it, and even the likes of Tesco and GiffGaff are already planning on killing it off.. 

Your best bet is 1p mobile as @cleoriff has said
