My iPhone 6S with PAYG SIM is telling me that the SIM is locked and I can't make or receive calls. I asked for an unlock yesterday via the O2 website and received an email telling me it had been done. It hasn't. It's still locked.
Can anyone help, please?

Thanks. I have a PUK and have used it several times (I'm told I have 5 attempts remaining) but, having entered the code, I'm asked to change and confirm my PIN but, whatever I put in, I get a message saying my SIM cannot be accessed and to contact my network provider for a PUK code!!
Any ideas??

Problem over - I'd written the PUK code down incorrectly - prat!!
