Do you keep any bundles you have when your old number comes over

Hi my mum has recently changed from O2 pay monthly to O2 PAYG and has a bundle on it. When we put her PAC code thru to keep her old number will the bundle still be there for her to use?

Your mother does not need a PAC to transfer from Pay Monthly to PAYG it is an internal migration

 When the number changes on the PAYG SIM she will keep her present bundle.

You don't need a PAC to move from pay monthly to pay as you go @Gromet 

What you will need to do is contact customer services - you (or rather, your mum) will need to ask for her number to be migrated across.
