I have a broken iPhone w an O2 e-Sim. I have a new phone arriving and want to move the e-Sim to it. How is this done?

You will need to get a new esim pack either from an o2 store (Take Photo ID) or contact o2 from another phone on 0344 809 0202


Then call up to get it activated if down over the phone.
