When I went to sign in to the O" website it told me there were 4 accounts tied to my mobile number, I don't know how, but there are. Anyway, I was looking to delete them all apart from the one I am using now so how do I go about doing this? Can anyone help? Cheers. slight_smile

afaik it can only be done by calling CS.

Live chat have had their wobbly moments so be careful.

I'd go with tel O2 on 202 contract or 4445 Payg if they can't help.

I ended up resetting the passwords to the other accounts and singing in and merging them all under my new username so no worries any more. Finally have the one username for here and my new O2 service is linked to it. slight_smile
