O2 added credit to my account in lieu of a discount code for Galaxy Buds pro2

However, is there a way I can use that to actually buy the ear buds?  If I try to buy them outright via my account it makes me use a debit/credit card or paypal to make the purchase, there's no option to use your account credit.

Should I just do the 'spread the cost' bit and just do it over 3 months, which is the minimum term?

You can ask for the credit to be transferred to your bank account so you have the funds. Do it whichever way suits you best.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Cheers.  Does spreading the cost just come off your account credit do you know?

OK. thanks for the info.  Do I need to call customer services in order to have them transfer the credit to my bank account?  Also, how long does that process of transfer take?  That'll be all my questions! Much appreciated! 🙂
