If you mean the name of the account holder, that cannot be done.

If your wanting to change your name on the Community Forum then contact the forum site staff via Private Message.

If your wanting another person to take over your o2 Pay Monthly Account then you would need to be both present on the call when you contat o2 Customer Services by dialing 202
