I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing problems with the promo code which is sent via text message to claim the free buds. It keeps saying not valid.

I took my contract out on the 17th May this year and I am still waiting for my code for the offer of the "Free Buds 2 Pro"..has anybody else waited this long?.

The link on the text messages defaults to ordering the lilac colour. I changed it to grey and it accepted the promo code.

I've had no luck getting any information from customer services. O2 said it was a Samsung issue, Samsung said it was an O2 issue.
It's way past 30 days and I have not received a code yet.
