Hi, I’m trying to login to my priority app on my iPhone after just installing the new update. When I try to login with O2 like usual I am redirected to a page that immediately fails. Same when I try on a web browser, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it hasn’t worked.
I need access tomorrow for some tickets so any help would be appreciated.

Works fine for me on IOS 18.2 (Dev Beta) on both Wifi and Mobile Data as well as on Mac OS 15.1 so sounds like an issue with your device and the connection..
I would try other apps and services, and also check permissions for the App in Settings..

I’m having the same problem! Very frustrating. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I’m still getting a “Sorry, there was a problem with your request” message.

Just tried on my phone with an alternative phone number and that didn’t work either. So it must be a problem with my phone?
