i can’t log into my account as it needs to send a text to the number but my ipad isn’t receiving the texts. is there another way i can log in so i can pay my bill

Put the sim in a phone to receive text or call O2.

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
