Wrong delivery address.

I upgraded to an iPhone 13 but they did not prompt me for a delivery address when I checked out. I have moved address since I updated my details on o2.co.uk and I am worried that it is going to an old address. The phone lines are closed, and so is the live chat. I have not recieved any emails confirming my order. I have since updated my address on my profile.

The customer services don't seem to be avilable right now on 0800 081 0255. I get a ringing tone when I select the sales. I will call tomorrow.

No they are closed on Sunday. Open at 8am Monday.

Hi there, can you please ley me know howndid your sorted out this. Looks like my husband has same problem 🤦‍🤦‍ and delivery its going to be on monday but if they close on sunday idk what we going to do 🤦‍

It's the sales customer services dept which is closed AFTER 9PM @Hava.

You can call any of these between 9-6pm today (sunday)

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call (9am Sunday)
