I ordered a SIM card on a new contract on 10 December and expected delivery was 13 December, after realising the item was delivered to a wrong address and the people at the address says they did not receive the item, I have been trying to get help from O2 with no success. I even sent an email with no response back, I am paying for a service without using it.

Just report it lost and they will send you a new sim out and cancel the old one.
