Dear sir or madam.. can you tell me why my 02 app on my smart phone isn't working i can't see nothing i tried to reset my password as i forgot my orginal one and it won't let me reset another password all i see something as gone wrong.. yet on my computer i can see my data and phone bill the lot,, so can you tell me why can't i get it working on my smart phone like i used too.. can you let me know my email address is ********** and mobile is **********.. i have Samsung Galaxy 50... it's werid i got it working on my computer but it isn't showing on my smart phone Samsung Galaxy 50.. can you explain why??? best wishes Dawn

Try deleting the app and reboot phone before reinstalling.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
