O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
1) You can use alternative email to gain access.
2) You can also request the original email to be released from the original account, and this can then be added to the migrated 360 account (this can take up to 28 days, however should be done sooner)
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

If the web link https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin does not work, it is probably the result of an update by O2 that is affecting many at the moment. Try getting a new e-mail address, eg a new Google one and see if that lets you register for an account.
If all else fails, reach out to the O2 CS team via Social Media using the ways in the link just below, @JPM - good luck.

It won't. Only customer service can change it from the defaulted old o2 email address.

So this guidance is missing a step:
-> 1) You can use alternative email to gain access.

For clarity: "In either case, you need to contact O2." - that makes it crystal clear.
This whole 360 migration has been a complete hames, truly.
