I received an obvious scam call today about upgrading my account and verifying my information, I provided nothing.

The scary thing is the scammer was able to tell me what my specific plan already was - what should I do now, has some of my data been breached?

Thanks.

Hard to say but it sounds as if it may have been one of O2's "Trusted" Partners. They would have that information.

Stay well clear of them.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Change your O2 password too and any others that use the same details.
