I tried to log in in My O2 app but it doesn’t let me sign in and asking me to get in touch with service team.
I’m not even new with O2 and because of that I can’t access my bills not even receiving it in my post, cannot update my details.
its really frustrating for me.

Have you tried the web version, using a browser, @Ali71? https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
The app can be temperamental, requiring that you remove it, reboot phone, and reinstall the app again to get it working. Sometimes, checking for app updates in your handset's online store helps.
