My wife has had an O2 phone for some time, which is in my name and registered in the MyO2 app. My Virgin contract has now become O2, but I can't see how to add this to MyO2. Any help much appreciated!

unfortunately until everyone is moved onto the new billing system (360) then you won't be able to link other devices to one main account.

Oh I see - thanks - so there is no way for me to manage my phone?

You should be able to manage your own if you have your own seperate My O2 account.
You need to contact O2 as they can access your account. It can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

Did you not get a text and e-mail telling you what your new MyO2 credentials are, @studiomicks?
Sometimes these go into Spam in your e-mail, so you might have to hunt for it. Otherwise take @Cleoriff's advice and reach out to O2. I believe joined accounts in VM were being moved to their own MyO2 account at this time, until all are moved and then perhaps O2 will being back the ability to manage more than one account under a single MyO2 login.

I think the issue is that both phones are registered with the same email address, which is my MyO2 login. Not sure how that all hangs together...
