why is it so difficult to navigate o2 business i only want to purchase more data how hard can that be

Well there is an acknowledged, by O2, issue with the data bolt-on selector for some customers, if you search the Forum, @adrian947015 

Are you an O2 Business Customer (you mention "business" above)?
