What is the point of this new MyO2 "Notifications" section?
It correctly shows that, as I cannot access my previous bills yet on the new platform, my request for a copy of a bill (twice!) shows in the new GUI, but nothing appears in my mail (no, not even in my SPAM folder, as the agents encouraged me to check!)?
Also clicking "show e-mail" near the top of the notification results in:
And *still* now copy of the bill, neither from the Virtual Assistant route on Saturday or the Social Media attempt, started Friday, acknowledged early Sunday morning, and "bill e-mailed now£ promised on Sunday at about 8pm.

@Dave-O2 - Thank you. At 15:26 today, this came back on my Twitter query opened on Friday, responded to only on Sunday, and which promised that my Nov and Oct bills would be e-mailed forthwith "check your spam folder..." (I have, no sign of a copy bill anywhere, just a credit for my Forum Award for Nov on 21-Nov...)
So as my next bill is due 01-Dec, we shall see if all comes up roses after that 🤞
