Hi. Could anyone confirm if numbers Starting 075378 (originating from the 3 network) are included in bundled minutes on o2 payandgo /contracts or charged extra /separately

I use a giffgaff Sim and the number range is also classed as a none mobile number and charged at 20p per text and minute.

So both o2 and giffgaff are incorrectly classifying the number as a personal or none mobile number and it should in fact be included in bundled minutes and texts? I have a payandgo T-mobile sim and the number is included in my unlimited text bundle.

It's not uncommon for O2 to be out of date.

Hi @Anonymous and all,

Got an update back that all the details have been checked, and the correct charges are applied against these numbers on O2 - including in bundle.

Thanks for raising this as the website is indeed incorrect and it is now being updated. The charging issue is being raised to giffgaff for them to investigate. slight_smile
