Resolved! Bill charged without activating SIM card

Hi, I was charged £12 even without plugging the SIM card into my phone. I did not purchase anything and did not plan to start using it yet. Can I request for a refund, please?

Resolved! Refunds

Why is it that when you want a refund from O2, it takes ages...I returned a mobile to the local store on 04/11/16 and still no refund! I want to lodge a complaint but there is no email address to lodge said complaint...wonder why!

I have been with o2 for about 5 years with 3 contracts and in the last year they have been absolutely ******, unprofessional, rude, complete incompetent, staff that hang up on you if they don't understand you after you waiting 30 mins to get through ...
