O2 fraud department number

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all other O2 users,

I have just received my monthly bill to find that I have been charged by O2 to contact their fraud department on the number given to me because it is an 084 number. I have just organised a refund but it is outrageous that O2 give you a number to contact them on which they then charge for. You can contact the fraud department for free using 202 but they don't tell you that. Watch out everyone!

All 084 numbers are chargeable from most mobile carriers unless you have a specific bolt on to give you an allowance.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
