Hi all, I upgraded to the iPhone 16 plus and placed the order in store, I did this on Sunday the 8th December. I’m curious as to whether anyone knows if I will receive it before Christmas? I can’t even see the order in My O2, and haven’t received any updates. I have already been in touch with O2 via Facebook but haven’t had a response 2 days later. I’ll also add, my Dad upgraded his phone in store on the same day as me and his upgrade phone was delivered 3 days later.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

@3lisepu5h Might be an idea to call the store where you did the upgrade, or go into the store and ask. If you do go in, be sure to bring photo ID with you and any paperwork you have.
