Hi,
I have recently upgraded my Virgin Media contract and want to start using my O2 SIM. However I don't have the SIM and don't have any details of it. I have spent hours on the phone to you and got nowhere. I have (after hours on the phone to them) messaged Virgin and they are definite that it's O2s problem can someone help me get what I'm paying for? The only other option seems to be the small claims court?!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
