Travelling to USA

I'm travelling to the USA on Friday. I have European allowance for data and calls, and something called Volt O2 Travel Inclusive Zone is included for Zone 1. However, unlike the Europe Zone - which specifically says 

Roam like at home

Use your UK allowance of minutes, texts and data in Europe Zone. 25GB monthly limit for plans with higher data allowances

There is nothing included under the Zone 1 (which does say USA. Does this mean I can use the data I have or does it not?

At the moment (until April) your data consumption is not limited to 25GB

However, speed is usually capped to 2 Mbps
