I got a new O2 SIM with my VM package so I kept my old number. I've had absolutely no service for a week! When will it finally work.. live chat said it should be working now but it's not . So frustrating

@223 Is your ported number showing in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, reset your network settings.
