Solved: text over WiFi

I am in a not spot for O2, so rely on WiFi call to make and receive calls. But this does not allow for texts other than iMessages. EE network does allow texts over WiFi. Why does O2 not do this?

O2 say they hope to make this available in the first quarter of 2022
