First off please edit your post, as you are liable if any scammers or spam befalls you for posting on a public forum,
Secondly, No on on here can send you anything as this is not customer services or live chat, to get a new sim you will either need to take Photo ID to an o2 store, or contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
I would also try your sim in a different phone as it could be a phone fault.
