i just landed on holiday in poland,my payas go not working from begin in poland all customer services cannot help,phone activated and topped,tech support 4445 demanding extortion fee 20 pounds bolton help plesae??

Just to say even if you get data up and running in many areas of Poland there is no longer a 3G service (PAYG uses 3G to make calls)

In that case you will need to try switching down to 2G

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
