Hi, Im really shock
I did order a phone
and didnt be accepted in the check
I had explain I was not accepted before to the lady who called me
she abused me
she lied to me saying I was able to recived at home today a new phone
she lie me cos my English bad and they was super fast talking like robots and did contract for two sim lines!!! that I not need
I was happy pay the phone cos I was stoled and really needed for my job searching and everything
I needed my iPhone back
please someone can help me please?

@ayomacona Are you sure that whoever called you was really from O2? Without wishing to cause you any offence, if you have an O2 store near you, it might be best if you went in with a friend or relative who can speak English well enough to be able to translate for you, so you can explain your problem to the staff in store. If that's not possible, you can get a friend or relative to write to O2 through social media so that they can better understand the problem.
