I have just upgraded to an iPhone 13 yesterday and it said in stock at the time, I paid extra for delivery today but it is now still being processed and saying that it is awaiting stock? Not sure why it has changed instantly once I ordered it but why ask me to pay extra for delivery today if they didn’t have any yet.

o2 dont operate a live stock system so it is possible the last ones where ordered before yours.
I would message the sales team

The problem is, O2 doesn't have a live stock system. So although showing In Stock when you ordered, it probably wasn't. It's the computer which is still showing next day delivery.
I very much doubt this will be in stock before Christmas now.
