I am trying to set up wifi calling and get through setting it up only to get a message saying to contact O2. Can’t find a page to enable it on My O2 so how do I do it?

You need to contact O2 and ask them to activate it first, then you can turn it on in My O2.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract)

It will not appear in My O2 If you are on the new billing system.
Technically, all people on that system should have WiFi Calling by default. However, O2 being O2 this is not the case.
Contacting O2 is the only way

In addition to the excellent advice already given here, please note (as you do not say in your post) that WiFi Calling is only available to those on Contract (Pay Monthly) with O2 - if you are an O2 PAYG customer, WiFi Calling and 4G Calling are not available to you @sc9397
