Hi , I keep getting an error code 15 when I am trying to add my data to my watch. I called yesterday and a nice man said it needed a reset from their end and it should resolve it but it hasn’t and I am still getting the error code!! Please help I feels as though I am hitting my head against a wall at the minute.

AWU purchased Monday morning in store.
Jumping on this, same. Have been through the errors, 15, 91, 92, 93 then got stuck activating.
Went in to store who spoke with tech support / reset, now back to errors and 202 advising another 72 hours, (so I’m back at the beginning…
I want the watch, but I’m going to have to return it Monday if it doesn’t work. You are my only hope… thanks!

I’ve now got this after other codes, literally give up with o2 call centres and web chat, literally feeling like they’re trolling me… one of them adamant I needed a barcode / QR and e-sim sent and did this. Clueless
