Hello
I've noticed over the past couple of weeks I have been getting voicemails, but no missed calls on my phone. I use Wifi calling and have flight mode enabled with wifi re-enabled when I am at home to save on battery (I have bad signal where I live and it searching for a mobile signal seems to be eat up battery). I have used this trick for many months, but this issue has only come up in the past couple of weeks.
I thought it might be some quirk of Samsung's new Modes and Routine's feature, as I tried to set a routine that would put Flight Mode on, and re-enable Wifi when I was at home. I deleted this again and tested that I could ring my mobile from my landline, and I was able to connect.
Today, though, I have just got a voicemail with no missed call, and have tried to ring my mobile from my landline, and it goes straight to voicemail. I deleted the Routine I previously put on my phone.
I can make outgoing calls fine.
Is there a widespread issue with o2 wifi calling? Or is it just me, and how can I resolve this?

Dial ##002# to clear any diverts, then dial 1750 to turn voicemail back on.

Hi MI5, ##020# didn't do anything (started an MMI, got a modal stating 'Call forwarding. All for All Basic Services, Connection problem or invalid MMI code) and dialling 1760 has now switched off my messaging service. I have now re-enabled voicemail by dialling 1750.
I have rung my mobile from my landline and am still not connecting, going straight to voicemail.

You need to dial ##002# over the mobile network not on wifi.
