No caller ID on incoming calls

My Motorola G84 won't display the caller ID on incoming calls even though they are in my phonebook. After a missed call I get a text saying who called and that I missed their call. I never had this issue until I swapped from virgin to O2

a known issue with O2.

You need to ask O2 to apply the call line identity bolt on.
