Hello, my daughter has an iPhone 13 with eSIM. She is on a school trip in France and received the ‘Welcome to France’ message from O2 with details of roaming, but soon after she lost access to her data.
She is now only able to access data on WiFi and hotspots. Could anyone advise how to fix this? We have tried advising her apn to mobile.o2.co.uk but she doesn’t seem to have succeeded.
Thanks.

Unlikely to be eSIM related.
If her APN has been changed then make sure 4G calling is enabled and manually search for another network and try to connect to that, even if it says forbidden
This is what we usual put out
Some things to try:Check data roaming is on in phone settings
Manually search for another network
Make sure 4G calling is on
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account.
Do this via social mediaIf you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help
