Why does o2 charges three times the amount of the monthly rolling plan?and why don't they honour even the apointment made with their agents??i feel like I have been fooled.and tho I followed all steps to sort the issue out.they don't honour the apojtments confirmed and literally ignore you.
Have this company always been like this?
And what are the phone customer service agent don't call the customers if they even confirmed your appointment??are they expecting to leave them with the money and that's it?cause in my book,that doesn't exist! [Removed].but sure I'm not leaving it as it is.you show no respect or interest to your customers.and your network coverage becamed close to none.
