Sim Card Registration

My phone is showing the message: 'Sim Card Registration Failed.'

People phoning me, get the message: 'Number Not Recognised.'

This has happened overnight for no reason.

Any ideas how to fix this ?

Sounds like a sim failure, or your number has been terminated, or another issue especially if you ported the number in..

@mayflye If you have an O2 store nearby, call in with your photo ID and they can hopefully give you a new sim and get it up and running for you before you leave the store.

Thanks Madasaf1sh.  But I can't sign in to 02 because they insist on sending me a security code - to the phone that isn't working !   Catch 22.

Thanks Bambino.  Looks like that may have to be the answer.    Is that all 'part of the service' or will I be charged for a new sim card ?
