I have been using the s25 ultra now for 4 days . I use my phone for work as I need constant Internet but every time someone rings me the Internet gets kicked off. I've tried all kinds there is no option to toggle to volte has anyone else had this issue

VoLTE is only available on contract, so if using a PAYG sim it won't work.

If not, you need to contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Maybe termed 4G Calling. 

In Samsung Version of Android it must be turned on both in the Settings Menu the individually for each SIM in the Dialer App

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
