I cancelled my O2 account almost 3 months ago by calling O2. Since then I keep on receiving bills and having money extracted from my account via direct deposit. How can I stop receiving emails and having money extracted from my account, please? I have moved oversees, so coming to a O2 store or calling O2 aren't options for me.
Thank you
