Got phone for my son and 02 thought I was upgrading which I wasn't as I told them phone was for someone else so when phone came they had put my number on new phone so rang 02was on phone for 2hrs asking for my number to be transferred back to my phone said he couldn't do it now both phones are off said new sums are coming but I just wanted new SIM for son and my number transferred back

All you had to do was put the sim back into your phone.

You'll need to wait for new sims to arrive now in the post.

My son's SIM is different to mine so could not put it in my phone

There's always a way, either with adaptors or a sim swap @Atkinson31 

All sims are triples so different sizes can be used too.
