I have been getting this error for over 2 weeks now. Unable to make or receive calls and struggle to load any web page. Tried contacting customer services who are unable to offer any timeline on this. Whilst I appreciate the discount they offered on my monthly plan, the lack of proper network is a huge inconvenience as it is literally as good as not having an active mobile connection at home.
Anybody in Canary Wharf area facing similar issue? Any thoughts for how long is this going to drag on?

In the meantime, have you considered wifi calling as an option?
