I have had an ongoing issue with O2 for 2 months now and not a single person has been able to help me. I had my phone stolen at the start of July and even though I reported it stolen the person who stole it was still able to spend £159.00 on my phone bill. I disputed this a number of times and eventually someone told me that O2 would credit the full amount. Please note he gave me his name saying he was the manager on call and said that all of the calls were recorded. I have now just had my August bill through and only half of the amount has been credited and there is no record on my account of my conversation with this manager. I have now had my data cut off by O2 and have been forced to pay this bill as I need my phone for work purposes. Please can someone advise what is best to do here.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ASAP AS I HAVE BEEN CUT OFF FROM ALL DATA AND OUTGOING CALLS AND NEED IT BACK ASAP FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES
