No connection in Croatia

currently have a 12 m sim only for 100gb, with euro zone and world travel, my iPhone shows the Croatian telecom Telemach, but unable to make call or receive data,

any ideas, Can’t seem to be able to speak to an agent

Change your APN to mobile.o2.co.uk  If that doesn't work then you need to contact O2 and ask if there is a roaming bar on your account. It needs removing.
