I have a problem since porting networks from EE to o2 I am not able to receive one time passcodes - I have been told I needed a network refresh and that the account was setup to use android instead of iPhone.

 

I previously ported from Three to EE and had the same issue that needed to be escalated to tech as the OTP functionality had not been ported over correctly. 

 

I have checked the number in Settings > Phone and rebooted a number of times. I am currently unable to access banking apps because of the one time passcode not being received.

 

Where the name is show as e.g. 118 Money. Normal sms from mobiles are fine, and o2 texts seem to work ok. I've called and been advised a network refresh "should" help, I just feel fobbed off.
